I do not write reviews very often but I have to recommend the exceptional,  first class, quality customer service I received from Tommy.  He listened to my issues and problems and was very efficient and helpful. He got an ongoing problem with a repeat eye medication sorted out by using common sense to swap to an alternative. He rang Munro Medical on my behalf and actually provided a brilliant first class service. He rang me back to keep me informed about everything and I cannot praise him highly enough. I just hope I get to deal with Tommy from now on. Highly recommend.
